     The Deck House School is a nonprofit corporation for purposes allowed under Title 13-b of the Maine Revised Statutes Annotated as amended from time to time and consistent with the provisions of Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code as amended from time to time included but not limited to:
     Provide a private secondary school with all the related educational and support services necessary.
     The School is governed under the By-Laws of The Deck House School, Inc., as allowed under Title 13-b of the Maine Revised Statutes, and consistent with Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
